Of course this trainer use hacktool by cheat engine... how do you think he code it? Although, that isn't a threat. It is just cheat engine, not a malware or trojan though. If you dont want any trainer created by that software, go learn c++ and code it yourself.

I open the game, I load a save, I play some time, I open the trainer, I do press F1 but the trainer freezes and I do not have what to do after this, its closing immediatly.

Basically as @akiraekey said it's false positive, disable AV and re-download the Trainer.

Guys I have found this amazing Tool for The Forest some might know it or not!

ModApi - Check the options below: Works only for Steam Version.

Cheat Menu, CutTreeStump, devPicker, Map, RemoveBuildings, removeDynamiteMan, SaveEverywhere, SpawnCommand

Works for Online as well, mainly for SP but you can use it Online just don't blame me if you get banned or suspended in any way from the game.
