Are you using latest trainer ? "The Forest Build 3384931 Trainer +10 " .

I am using the current build 3384931 +10 and the trainer crashes when I attempt to activate it (f1).

Used the latest Trainer yesterday, worked fine.

This is true. F1 just makes a peep sound even if i am in game. I move around hit stuff still makes a peep sound well pressing F1 after 15 seconds. So yes a update is needed

You are not likely to get an answer on that since they do not make trainers for multiplayer here. This is something that has been posted on this site in tons of places including at the top of the sticked thread labeled "forums and trainer faq" which can be found in the Trainers section. However, I will give a direct link to it at the bottom of this post (so you don't have to look for it yourself).
