Try checking your anti virus see if it is blocking it.

Thank you. I just checked that per your suggestion and it looks like the antivirus is not blocking.

Here are a few specifics, if it helps.
I start the game.
I minimize it and open the trainer.
Every cheat works correctly when pressing the F-keys with the exception of Better Stealth and Auto Reload. Those two cheats do the bling thing and don't activate.

I really miss "Better Stealth" when I play. I started using another trainer and it has "Silent Hunter" which is WAY NOT as fun. The "Better Stealth" was the perfect amount for really fun gameplay. I am looking forward to being able to use it again.
