Would it be Possible to add a "Freeze weather" Function?

I read in multiple forums that the weather is changing way too often ...i can relate to that.
there are never more than 5 minutes of constant weather in the game before it changes completely
just in my last playsession the weather changed from Sunny to Rain ...and i rained for 5 SECONDS.

i would really appreciate it

Better Stealth has never worked for some reason. Don't really know why it's even an option.

A run speed option would be fantastic, since the ATV is unusable when using freeze animals! Or perhaps a Time of Day reset of sorts. Just a suggestion! TY for the trainer.
