There seems to be:
- a bug crashing the game if you get greedy with instant reforms (closing and opening the reforms window and doing only 3 at a time seems to avoid this)
- when using instant construction new buildings in a town gain a 1000 turn build time.

Somehow after a while it makes building turns to complete to 1000 :s

7. Instant Reforms have some problem. if i use 3 times game will crash suddenly.
