I turn off the Antivirus and its work, I run as administration and still not working still cant access , sound really ridiculous . I feel really bad to bother for asking you.

Its no bother , What do you mean by still cant access? You said its work , Did you extract the file successfully or still having a problem extracting it ?.

Oh okay good. It's like "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file." Yes, it was work but keep delete the file by bitdefender.

I believe I turn off the antivirus, it is paused the antivirus? You gave me the thread, its seem helpful, but I'm not so sure how I can stop the antivirus and fix.
