Like i said before go into the game, go load up a save go to settings->game settings->save game compression-off. Save the game check the same folder and it should be xml

Some things to keep in mind, MAF, if/when you make the trainer, judging from my experiences with Recifense's table:
Single Shield and Multi-shield ships are handled differently (Infinite Shield on the Cheat table works on Single shield ships for example but crashes on Multi-shield ships)
God Mode/Infinite Hull can crash when deploying satellites, it may extend to other deployables but that's what i've noticed
