Does this work for Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor on Steam as well? It appears a couple of missions can't be completed in Opposing Fronts, one being where you have to blow up a bridge. The engineers plant 2 explosives but you cannot detonate them..the detonate button grays out

No. None of Mr Antifun's trainers work on multiplayer.

I think it's because you're using Wrong version of trainer for your COH..

Check your COH version and use Trainer appropriate to that
