Easy Suit Craft broke the Smelter. It only smelts copper for free regardless of what resource is slotted into it.
In order to fix the glitch you have to exit WeMod and shut down the game. When you load up the save, the smelter will finish smelting the stack of copper it was working on and return to normal function.

The other options don't seem to affect anything unintended.

WeMod trainer for Windows Store version doesn't detect the .exe (trainer from other authors detect, but don't work on current game version).
Don't remember having so much problems before you partnered with wemod

The latest post from MRA says a new trainer was/is available last Friday, but the WeMod lists the latest trainer for Steam is dated May 27. In any case, an update would be great, given that the game was just updated.

There's a problem with smelters when "Easy Suit Craft" is enabled. The smelter only produces copper, nothing else, no matter what resource you input.
