Hi i have same problém as "Bakiberke" and "solonlia", but i dont know where i find "Application-x64.exe" to rename to "Application-steam-x64.exe". its not in game folder.

None of the hotkeys work. I start game, start trainer, go back to game... hit the hotkeys and nothing activates. Im running GoG Version 1.0.7 Build 910
