This Trainer for Dead Island works perfectly, unlike the one for FEAR 3 that I have downloaded 15 days ago, it has never worked and crashed the game ...

Get WinRAR if you don't already.

Open the Game Folder DIDE > DI > Data0.pak (Open with WinRAR.) Have fun editing.

No you won't. Dead Island games are not VAC enabled. They have never ever been.
