Fallout Shelter Save Editor

Hey guys, some one made a nice website for Fallout Shelter PC save editor.
Basically the game on PC uses the same save system as it does in Android/iOS.
All you have to do is upload the save file(read the instructions below) and edit the stats, caps, lunchboxes(yes, check my screenshots below) and hit save, then replace your current save with the edited one and launch the game.

How to: (for Windows)
- Go to: C:\Users\<USER_NAME>\Documents\My Games\Fallout Shelter\ where <USER_NAME> = your Windows user-name.
- Copy and make a backup of the file named VaultX, where X = Represents your save slot. (i.e. Vault1, or Vault2 or Vault3)
- Go to this website: http://dinoz.mobi/shelter-editor/ And upload your save file.
- Once done, just edit it up like increase the dweller stats and your caps etc. and hit save to download the edited file.
- Now replace the original save file(make sure you made a backup) with the one you downloaded.
- Load up the game and enjoy.
- Read the PS section below.

*PS:
- Don't make caps and or food,power,water over 999,999. Same with lunchboxes etc. Game may crash, but don't quote me on that.
- Use edited saves at your own risk. On my android I have been using save-editors for quite a long time, no bans or anything. But better off warning you!

Also, I tried editing values using CE, but it seems they have some protection in place to avoid cheating, lol. But whatever save-edits are working, for now.

Edit: Actually... Trying to access the site for my second time, and It isn't loading... First time worked great and allowed me to change everything but this time... Wont even load the .sav file

Edit2: Never mind, Just dont forget to backup your .sav file (That was the part I didnt do ...)

Were you looking in the right area? What i see mostly is that the file is just found under my documents/my games/ then finally in fallout shelter.

its not working for me, tried four times, everytime i put the edited sav back to the folder it reloads back to where i left it

I use this all the time. It's a good tool. Just wish it was updated to work similar to the Android version. (Also wish one worked for iPhones.)

i got it working now. before i wasnt downloading anything. and now ive downloaded the modded save. which is now making the game run slow. when i use the lunchboxes.

Hey guys, I'm not the author for the website. So unfortunately I can't help with technical issues.

Although what I can help with is troubleshooting and getting the saves to work becasue I've been using similar editors in past to play on my phone as well. And currently I have edited more than 4-5 saves for me using this website. They all work fine for me.

@GrimReaoer44383 -- In so far as making the game run slow is concerned -- it could be because you must have added way too many caps and/or items, specifically lunchboxes. The max lunchboxes you should add is 999(I haven't tested more than that, but at 999 lunchboxes it works fine while opening them, no issues. And don't add more than 50 Mr.Handies either.
Also if you use Mr.AntiFun's trainer make sure to NOT USE THE MAX STATS, that will make the SPECIAL stats for the dweller to 99 each, which could also be a cause for issues.

@SirValentin -- I have no idea how to do that. Check the game options or something. Sorry about that.

@adonis -- It is working for the current android version. I have edited my 4 month long save for it to get some lunchboxes.

However if you want there is another editor available for download by GitHub user: katzsmile (it's open source): https://github.com/katzsmile/MrHandy/releases
You can edit pretty much everything INCLUDING PET BOXES AND NUKA-COLA QUANTUM in that editor.
It is a offline editor which means you will have to download it.
I'll test it up and update here(with screenshots) on whether or not it works.
Will make a new save game for it as much current save game is way too big(150+ dwellers).
