Yep try use it in single player. In single player works it fine, only in Online dont works max stats, teleport and unl. money.

I think there may have been an update to the game today, the following trainer options do not work for me:

F1 - Active Trainer
F2 - Inf.Health
F7 - Inf.Money
F9 - Never Detected By Police
F10 - 6 Stars Police
F12 - Max Stats
Numpad 1 - Way Point Teleport

The release for today's "Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2" update isn't posted on Rockstar's newswire yet so I'm not sure if that's the update which has rendered a lot of the trainer's options redundant.

yup i think ill gotten gain part 2 broke the trainer but you can still use older one (+5) for infinite health and ammo

Thanks for the heads up, Sanya_V. I can finally finish that annoying Strangers & Freaks mission where you have to run down a tonne of clowns that use shotguns lol. I can't bare to try doing it within infinite health, I don't last 2 minutes!
