Disable your antivirus and then you can extract/open trainer

I notice the inf colonist stats make everything tip top shape but once a meteor hits a base part the game thinks its broken so everything from that part is disconnected but cant repair it even if you turn it off afterwords kinda frustrating

Yup. This is the biggest problem. It ****** up whole game if the meteor hit center of you base.
