Be wary of fake sites, there is a "mrantifun.co" with thousands of fake trainers embedded with rat files being uploaded by the hour. The fake site functions and looks just as the real one, a dead giveaway is the broken forum function which will have no users in the general game discussions. However clicking any forum links on the fake site will usually redirect you to the real mrantifun forums.

I mistakenly downloaded and ran one of these files and had my browser cookies stolen. Fortunately I reacted fast enough to change all my passwords and ended all sessions on affected services. The download zip will typically have random game files (Assetto Corsa car config values were included for some reason) with the exe which is a big red flag that you should remove the file and run an full AV scan after deleting it.

Stay safe, folks

Hey, I just stupidly ran a file from this site and already logged out and changed all of my passwords. I just wanted to ask if you still had any problems afterwards, cause I am freaking out that I'll have to nuke around 4 terabytes of data and reset my PC. Please, anyone else feel free to respond.

Running a file can be risky, but if you haven’t noticed anything weird on your PC (like slowdowns or strange pop-ups), it might be fine. Just make sure your antivirus is up-to-date and run a scan to be safe. If you're still worried, you could back up important data and reset, but hopefully, it won’t come to that
