When it is released, can you also put the option of instant research of all three tech,instant construction of ship/building,instant upgrade of ship, and a button to increase amount of strategic resources on a planet or star?

One more thing, is there a forum in here for not yet released game but available to preorder? This way there is no clutter of unreleased game.
