It's your anti-virus software flagging it, just ignore the warning. I've been using Mr.Anti's trainers for a year and half with no virus issues. For the problem with the house. You can fix it by deactivating the "Easy Craft" cheat. It worked for me

I found that if you have Easy Crafting on with the trainer you can't seem to buy a house or a horse or anything like that. So try turning that off and see if that works.

I have found that after doing the Thalmor Embassy mission the Infinite health no longer works, infact I seem to now be on a one hit death.

I just use the console command tgm for infinite health maybe you should try that see if it works now that you're getting one shotted

Just wondering is there going to be a fix on for the speed cheat as I have tried everything and still zoom about like a jet plane? Don't want to have to start again as it was good getting the fast travel locations all done but now it is just annoying and hard to do anything without zooming off like a rocket lol.

yep just did that added the speed boots and most of the things wanted from the trainer and works perfect so agree

I think this has been impacted by the update to 1.1.51.08 that happened earlier this week. Doesn't seem to apply the "0 weight" cheat and often causes a crash out of the game.

There's a 1.2 patch Beta out now, perhaps we won't see and update until that drops?

[Edit] Also lost all armour rating when trainer was activated. And seems crashes aren't just trainer related; also getting crash to desktop from pure game execution.

Since the v1.2 patch is out, the trainer isn't working for me. Plus, I would remove the trainer and restart the game, but the speed boost won't go away.
