Yes it is malware, but not harmful one... it just forcing the pc to open this website but you can close after that. No harm to pc.

instructions for how the 1.00 version works would be really helpful
reason why I use the 1.00 version? Microsoft edge states that V1.1.7 has harmful software and I can't do a thing about it.
