Unfortunately for me i have a black widow tournament keyboard so i don't have a numeric pad so i cant access the other half of the cheats is there a way around this?

Without it activated the cheats wont work because there is an anti cheat software built into the game.

you can use On-Screen Keyboard program created by microsoft

• Open On-Screen Keyboard by clicking the Start button
  
  , clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, clicking Ease of Access, and then clicking On-Screen Keyboard.
  
  
• If you don't see numeric pad in On-Screen Keyboard,click options then tick Turn on numeric key pad.

Everytime i try and use this trainer with my friend doing a coop campaign i always get a desync and its annoying i was wondering if its to do with the trainer or?

avast is giving you a false positive. Pauze avast and you should have no problem downloading.
