Same problem here. Crashing after end turn button is clicked. Used all cheats, and every campaign mode had the same issue.

Not cheating online, it's just crashing after clicking "next turn", I tried reloading it and testing each cheat individually, no matter which cheat you choose it will crash.

Windows is telling me there are trojans in the 2.4 files. I've downloaded a trainer for another game recently so I don't think its just my anti virus.

edit: Tried a 2.3 version and didn't get a virus warning.

I think it's just how some anti virus scan the trainer. I told the AV to ignore it, no malware just the trainer.

I have played mine probably 5 turns and it never crashed. Played a battle, didn't crash. Everything worked for me. Using overhaul mods, idk if that'd change anything.

Which version are you using mate ? and which overhaul mods ? for me none of the actual cheats work.

my trainer dosnt work ..i tried a lot to activate but not working.. F1 and others showing red except F1 activate trainer..
i am sorry .. i am new .. i don't know how to check game version and how to update it... please help me....

I'm using the most recent trainer.
Total War Rome 2 Emperor Edition V2.4.0 Trainer +15 Build 19683

With all the radious mod packs from steam. I usually start the trainer, then the game, and activate the trainer in the main menu before doing anything else. I also reset all the hotkeys in the trainer before using the trainer (it comes pre-set, but it was one of the things i did in the process of getting it working). No crashes so far. I remember this game used to crash all the time, and I recently reinstalled it. If the problem continues maybe verify the files through steam, or just completely delete it and reinstall.
