about "Dawn of War III Steam (GM and More) 2017-Jun-20" by Recifense , which might help a bit finding why INF Health affects the AI also.

as of oct 2017 I seem to have trouble getting the trainer to work. it does say it is active, but it simply does not work. The healthbar just keeps going down with every shot.
the first trainer affected enemy units as well, the second one worked last I played the game. but that seems to have abated. Any idea as to why this has happened?
