Cash cheat and No Reload cheat doesn't work for me. I can activate No Reload but after firing my gun, it doesn't refill and can't do anything else besides walking. Cash cheat can't activate.. HELP!

I have only had no reload bug out on using the Magum on the start of them game but nothing else
