This work, but when i activate just inf.resources and i skip 1 week, the Growth(%) is at 900 and Unemployment(%) at 0.10

and i cannot anymore recruit men army. I just want to keep the Unemployment(%) that was before, and growth(%) too with just
inf. resources activated .

But i dont know how . [ Any help ? ]

That's how population growth work ,You want more people you have to make more babies .

The 6.17 version works fine for me. Non-steam.
