I only succeded with the knowledge point to freeze them with cheat engine. If i change de value, it crash.

Yeah, trying to set them to a certain value will crash them, not immediatly but less than a minute after it will come up with an unrecoverable crash. It is a beta afterall

You shoude change amount only in stockpile when you trading. But if you change amount what you set to sell, game after finish operation, start deleting that amount resource in you stockpile and when game can't found needed amout of resource, they crashing.

I tried that but game still crash. The number changes correctly on the top corner menu, but the granary, stockpile doesn't show any increase and there after game crash.
